Collins Blake

After being called to the United States Bar in 1999, Collins Blake had scholarship to study for his Masters in Law in the Case Western Law School in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. He graduated with first class Honours whilst working as a Research Assistant and Law Library Aide in the same university.

He subsequently worked as a Legal Counsel at the Lubrizol Corporation in Wickliffe, Ohio the largest Oil Additive Corporation in the world where he was involved in major trans-national, multi-million dollar mergers and acquisitions and oil transactions.

He is on staff as an Adjunct Professor of law at the Phoenix University, the largest online University in the World. He also worked for the Lex Mater Law Consultancy in Virginia, USA as President before joining JLD and MB Legal Consultancy, where he was mainly in charge of its litigation and corporate transactions. He is currently a Corporate and Investment Lawyer for United States’s largest financial institution and teaches Labour Law in United States’s only Law School.
